课程简介
BPS3062 is a full-year unit designed to provide you with a professional experience to prepare you for a career in pharmaceutical science and related industries.
The first half of this unit (March-May) aims to prepare for your placement project. You will participate in activities to develop your job seeking, career planning and professional communication skills, such as writing resumes, and practising interview techniques.
In the second half of the unit, you will complete a compulsory industry placement, which will give you the opportunity to expand your understanding of the industry and to hone your professional skills.

This unit is a combination of employability skills development workshops and interviews, and a four-week full time industry placement.
P2001 students will complete the placement in the June-July period or in the July-August period.
E3008 students will complete the placement in the June-July period.
Exceptions to the above schedule may be approved, subject to host availability.
• You will participate in placement training activities and undergo a placement selection process during the first half of the unit (10 hours of workshops and interviews).
• 115 hours of full time professional experiential placements over 4 weeks.
• 20 hours of independent study (preparation of the written report and the oral presentation).
