课程简介
This unit develops your ability to conceptually design electric urban mobility planning and operation and assess the implications of various electric mobility initiatives in creating green and sustainable urban mobility that assist in achieving net zero targets on the basis of their performance and several key performance metrics. Contemporary issues in the adoption of electric vehicles are considered including the electric vehicle station charging location considering its ranges, electric grid network, land use, and related issues.

教学方式
Problem-based learning - To better understand the concepts and principles, you will be given problems and will have to work individually or in a small group to solve the problem.
Active learning - This unit includes interactive workshops and computer laboratories for you to enhance your knowledge learned in lectures through individual or group participation in the activity.
Online learning - You are expected to prepare for the week by studying lecture notes and watching the pre-recorded videos.
预期工作量
The minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of 3-6 hours of scheduled learning activities and 6-9 hours of independent study per week. Scheduled activities may include a combination of teacher-directed learning, peer-directed learning and online engagement. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities.
