课程简介
This unit equips you with the knowledge and skills to critically understand and lead responsible digital transformation initiatives within modern organisations. You will explore the strategic, operational, analytical, and ethical dimensions of digital transformation through both theoretical frameworks and applied learning. The unit covers how digital transformation reshapes organisational strategising, business models, and processes. You will learn how to apply evidence-based techniques and digital tools to develop actionable business solutions. The unit also emphasises communication and collaboration through team-based consulting projects, real-world client engagement, and business case development. Key themes include digital strategy and governance, digitally enabled innovation, process reengineering, evidence-driven decision-making, and emerging digital technologies such as AI. By the end of the unit, you will be able to confidently diagnose organisational needs, propose feasible digital strategies, and deliver impactful consulting outcomes.
