课程简介
This unit is part of Theme 2 - 'Nutrition and Health' and draws knowledge and skills from Theme 1 units - 'Fundamentals of Biomedical Sciences' and 'Fundamentals of Human Nutrition'.
In this unit you will learn the nutritional needs of a variety of active populations, focusing on exercise and sports.
You will appreciate the role of foods and fluids in physical activity, exercise and sports performance. You will also learn the role of sports nutritionists in a multidisciplinary team.
